Return Policy

**Money Back Guarantee**

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all packages. For returns, please contact our Customer Service at service@getampbank.com.

**Return Requirements**

- All returns must be in original packaging and in "like new" condition.
- If a problem arises, we must be given the chance to address it before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an AMPBANK error.
- Credits will be processed in the original payment method.
- Items not meeting return conditions may incur a restocking fee, unless prohibited by law.

**Return Process**

1. Contact us to initiate a return and receive a return shipping label and instructions.
2. Package items securely in original packaging and include all original contents.
3. Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account, subject to your bank's processing time.

**Return Shipping Fees**

- For non-AMPBANK error returns using a prepaid method, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to an AMPBANK error, we will cover return shipping costs.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us to arrange a replacement. We cover reasonable ground shipping fees in these cases.

**Non-Returnable Items**

- Final Sale merchandise, custom orders, digital content, prepaid cards, memberships, completed services, and opened consumable items (e.g., batteries, cleaning agents) are non-returnable.
- Ensure that all personal data is removed from connected devices before returning.

**Purchases through Third-Party Providers**

- For purchases made through third-party websites (e.g., Amazon, Google), refer to their respective return policies.
